DecoVista Gift Voucher

Do you wish to give someone something beautiful from our shop, but you don't know what, or you want to offer someone complete freedom of choice?
Our solution is a gift voucher, which can be redeemed in our shop during one year after purchase.

How to order a gift voucher:

• Find the "Gift Voucher" in the webshop and choose the desired value (€ 15 - € 150). Put it in the shopping cart, choose a free shipping method n order confirmation with the invoice attached.  
• Within 24 hours the Gift Voucher will be send as a PDF file in your e-mailbox or by mail. Print it, and hand it over to the person concerned. If you don't have PDF-reader software you can download it for free on the Internet.

How to redeem a gift voucher:

• Place the desired items in your shopping cart and go to check-out
• Fill out the code of your gift voucher in the 'discount code' box. Its value will now be deducted from the amount to be paid. 
• Due to a technical limitation, an order cannot be completed if the remaining amount is less than € 1.25.

Combining multiple gift vouchers:

Only one code per order can be redeemed at a time (software limitation). If you have more Gift Vouchers that you wish to redeem simultaniously: no problem. Send us the codes by e-mail. Once we have disabled them, we transfer the total value to a new Voucher code which we will send to you within 24 hours. The new Voucher code will have the same expiry date as that on the oldest, replaced Gift Voucher. 

Good to know:

• The Gift Voucher is valid for 1 year after issue.
• We do not exchange a Gift Vouchers for cash.
• If you want to withdrawal a purchase that was paid for (in part) with a gift voucher, we do not refund it in cash but with a new voucher code, which validity date will correspond with the original one.
• We do not exchange a Gift Voucher for cash.
• Gift Vouchers can only be purchased or redeemed by residents of EU Member States due to the changed VAT rules for Gift Vouchers.
