Frith Hare sculpture Tess, Dorset Hare
Hare sculpture Tess
This hare has a very natural posture; it was sculpted by Thomas Meadows for Frith Natural where it was reproduced in Cold Cast bronze. The intentional coarse structure emphasizes the artless character of the hare. The production process takes place in the design studio in Exmoor (Great Britain), where the manual finishing also takes place using a unique patina. Because a large amount of bronze powder is used in the production, the sculpture can even be placed outside.
Frith Natural only works with artists who each excel in their own field of sculpting. Because of the high quality standard in both design and production process, Frith has been a partner of the National Trust for more than 20 years when it comes to the supply of wildlife sculptures.
