Possible delays in delivery:
The shortage of containers, which has lasted for a year and a half now, and ongoing corona outbreaks in various countries are putting pressure on the logistics chain. Earlier it became clear that almost all (web) stores were affected and now the problems are even affecting supermarkets, bicycle stores, etc. All this leads to stagnation in the delivery of products for some brands.
Since February last year, there have been many delays in international world trade, as demand for containers has exceeded supply. At the beginning of the corona crisis, especially in Asia, many ports were closed and a lot of containers were put aside because world trade suddenly stopped.
But that world trade resumed faster than expected. On top of that, an additional stagnation was caused by a container ship that ran aground on the Suez Canal. As a result, there is now still a backlog of supplies. Raw material prices have also risen sharply and this, combined with a shortage of personnel and containers, has resulted in delays and price increases in all kinds of segments.
We ask for your understanding and patience if we cannot deliver an article as fast as you are used to. Fortunately, we have a lot in stock ourselves, but that does not apply to everything. We will of course do everything we can to deliver all orders in time for the holidays and if it looks like we won't be able to, we will contact you.
Thank you for your understanding.
